Zac Cirivello
Zac Cirivello is a dynamic leader and creative strategist with over 15 years of experience in event and festival production, cultural storytelling, and community engagement. A former professional chef turned event producer, he now focuses on the design of communities, landscapes, and transformative experiences. From intimate gatherings to large-scale international festivals, Zac has built his career at the intersection of creativity, logistics, and human connection.
In 2024, Zac joined the Western Lights team during its inaugural year, inspired by a deep passion for how art and community can shape and elevate the city of Reno. He brings to the advisory board a vision for creating events that not only captivate audiences but also foster lasting impact, building bridges between people and place. As a father, he strives to use art and technology to inspire a lifelong love of learning. Beyond his work with Western Lights, Zac serves as the General Manager of Fly Ranch, where he stewards Burning Man’s 3,800-acre high desert property. Zac’s philosophy is simple: stay curious, cultivate connection, and make the world a little weirder—and hopefully a little better—every day.
