Light up the night at Western Lights’ first-ever Illuminated Costume Contest! Meet at the Illuminate Stage in Locomotion Plaza at 7:30 PM sharp on Saturday, February 21. Compete for Best Group or Best Individual Costume and win prizes including late night tickets, 2027 VIP passes, and exclusive festival merch. Bring your brightest, boldest costume and shine!

VIP passes unlock The Lumen Lounge at City Plaza and black light bowling at the iconic National Bowling Stadium. Enjoy cozy vibes, playful activities, and surprise moments while supporting this free community festival.
