&More is a Philadelphia hip-hop/R&B duo consisting of rapper Chill Moody and singer Donn T, who met at a Recording Academy holiday party in late 2016 and discovered an undeniable creative chemistry. Donn T, a member of Philly music royalty (her father led doo-wop legends Lee Andrews & the Hearts, and her brother is Questlove), brings warm, angelic vocals, while Chill Moody—a hustling indie rapper, entrepreneur, and Philadelphia’s appointed music ambassador—delivers gripping, poetic rhymes. Together, they create music about the experience of being Black in America, blending motivational messages with Philadelphia flair.

Their 2019 debut album Ethel Bobcat is a conversation about power, love, and social justice, named after the neighborhood matriarch figure who serves as a beacon of hope and guidance. The duo gained national attention as standouts in NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest and performed their NPR Tiny Desk Concert in 2019. They’ve opened for Michelle Obama, ignited stages at WXPN’s XPoNential Music Festival, and performed at the Roots Picnic. With production by Ben “Private School” Thomas and Jake Morelli, &More’s sound alternates between edgy hip-hop beats and inspired soul, delivering messages that stay positive even when addressing intense subject matter.
