With years of experience leading events, supporting local makers and artists, and building spaces where creativity thrives, she pours her heart into celebrating Reno’s vibrant spirit. As Placemaking Manager for the Reno Redevelopment Agency, Rachel is passionate about transforming vacant and overlooked corners of the city into lively gathering places that bring people together.
